Improve Communication Between Staff, School and Parents

ConductOnline really does improve the speed and efficiency with which communication about an incident can be sent to parents and other staff.

Once an incident has been entered into the system users can choose to send an email, deliver a super quick SMS text message to a mobile phone or create a letter that can be printed or saved as PDF and emailed. Text messages to parent's mobile phones are an increasingly popular, quick and cost effective means of delivering the message. Text messages are typically delivered in under 5 seconds!

Students also seem to be wowed and shocked that the system can send details of an incident to their parents so quickly!

Letters of any type and content can be set up easily using the admin interface. These could include detention letters, excellent work letters, etc. The system will allow you to save as many different letters as your school needs. These can then be selected from the template list by users when they want to send a letter.

The whole process from entering an incident to having the incident communicated to parents can be done in under a minute.

The screenshots below show two sample detention letters that have been created for a student. The letters use our PDF background for the header and footer parts but you can create and save your own to suit your school. The first letter uses no address data, handy if it doesn't need posting, whilst the second letter includes parent name and address data drawn from the parent record attached to the student.
