Parental Access

ConductOnline allows parents secure access to their child's behaviour record.

Parents can view the following information about their child:

  • Contact data held by the school, allowing them to notify the school if details are incorrect
  • Conduct types overview chart
  • Individual behaviour incidents
  • Post a comment back to the teacher about an incident
  • See all letters, emails and SMS text messages that the school has sent from ConductOnline about their child - no more lost detention letters, etc.!
  • An enlarged conduct overview pie chart showing conduct types and frequencies

ConductOnline auto generates a username and password for parental login, the system also prints letters for parents with their login information and details about how to access the system.

ParentScreen

After successfully logging in, parents are presented with an easy to use screen, above. Clicking a category title, such as Person Details, opens it within the same page.

ParentConductsView

ParentCommentClicking the Conduct Log category reveals all conducts recorded for the pupil. Parents can then see where and when incidents are recorded as well as the action taken. This provides a catalyst for praise and congratulation as much as discipline and can be a really powerful tool for transforming negative behaviours or maintaining positive ones.

Parents can also add a comment to an incident to inform the teacher about why an incident might have occurred or what rewards or punishments have been given.

ParentShowComment

The comment is then shown on the parent screen (above) and is emailed to the teacher concerned.

ParentLetterLog

The parent screen also allows parents to see a full record of letters, emails and SMS text messages sent about any conducts for their child (above). Pupils can no longer make detention letters disappear!

ParentChart

Parents can also view a larger pie chart analysing their child's behaviour incidents, both positive and negative.
