Advanced Reporting
ConductOnline allows teachers and managers to produce a whole range of reports that can be used to identify trends, highlight areas of concern, publicise sucesses, provide data for research and lots more.
Each report summarises the found set of records so it's possible to search for a class, year group, date, location, subject and so on. The report can then be easily printed or saved as a PDF for sending to collegues or parents.
The list really is endless as to what you can find, view and print reports for, have a look at just a few of them:
- Class - view reports for all the classes in the school, analyse the data and manage classes effectively
- Year Group - produce reports by year group, see which years need targeting
- Positive Behaviour - see which students are performing best, remember you can do this by class year group etc.
- Negative Behaviour - see who is accumulating negative behaviour, you can do this by gender, year group, class etc.
- Staff Involved - see what staff are entering the most conducts, allocate support staff where needed most
- Gender - view positive/negative behaviour by gender, you can even do this by class, year group staff involved etc.
- Actions Taken - see what actions have been taken for conducts, promote consistency of actions taken
- Conduct Type - viewing what conducts occur the most easily lets you target and make plans for tackling behaviour
- Date - see what time in the year conducts occur the most, the start of a new term? The end? Exam time?
- Location - see where most conducts are taking place. Art? English? Science? Maths? School yard? Dinner hall etc.?
- Period - see what periods conducts occur in most, is it after break or dinner? Lesson 5 lesson 2 etc.?
- Ethnicity - you can view conducts by ethnic origin, you can do this for a class, year, whole school etc.
- Points - use the points system to reward and sanction students, see how many points student, classes, years have
